Travel tip: cheap air tickets

Travel tip: cheap air tickets

I get so many questions if I could share my travel tips so today I would like to talk to you about one of the most important things, air tickets, especially cheap air tickets!
What to do and where to get them?
Booking air tickets can be so overwhelming!
Spending so many hours behind your laptop and constantly searching airlines websites and compare to one another.

Think about all the time it will save you if there was just one website who did all this work for you?
Who could make booking your air tickets so easy that you would just need 10 minutes to book your entire trip?
Wouldn’t that be great?!
Well look no further my loves as I have found you the perfect solution!
Click here for your cheap air tickets
And yes, you can thank me later..

I have been traveling for 11 months in a row now and I have stayed in more than 85 places, just imagine how many flights
it ook me to get to all these places..
And guess what, I planned most of my flights with them as it was so convenient to book through their online system
plus they have the best deals for cheap air tickets, and who doesn’t like flying somewhere super cheap?!

They offer a lot of flight deals to so there is always something for everybody!
For example great instant cash back deals on international flights, or discount on specific airlines
What I also really like about them is that you can find so many destinations world-wide and so many options in terms of airlines and different time tables, so it really is up to your own preferences if you like to take an early morning flight, a chill afternoon flight or just sleep in the air on your night flight and wake up in a different city, ready to explore!

For me the best timing for a flight really depends on where I am flying to, if it is a long International flight I prefer that I will be at the hotel around dinner time, so I can have a proper dinner and can go straight to bed right after so that I can adjust to the right time zone,
this is the perfect way to fight against a jetlag!
If it’s a shorter trip of just a few hours than I prefer to be there in the afternoon, especially when I am flying somewhere for a shorter stay
or a city trip, so I can hop off the plane and start exploring everything that the city has to offer!

Wondering what’s on my wish list?
I would love to travel through India as there are so many things that I would like to see!
High on my list is the Taj Mahal and greenery of Darjeeling

What will be your next destination?

NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento Di Amalfi

Imagine yourself being in Amalfi, everything that you picture yourself is exactly what
NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento Di Amalfi is.

It’s absolutely paradise! The most stunning views imaginable, a lemon garden of your dreams, a bed that feels like cloud nine, an infinity swimming pool and the most delicious food created by Chef Natale Giunta.

Even if you are not staying at the NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento Di Amalfi, I highly recommend you to go there for dinner as the food is spectacular, the service is great
and the wine pairings are perfectly looked after by their sommeliers.

Sounds like a dream? It is!

Also if you are looking into getting married in Italy, this place is definitely worth checking out,
it’s breath taking!

Originally a 13th-century monastery, the NH Collection Grand Hotel Convento di Amalfi is a fine example of a sympathetically refurbished monument. This unique hotel has been famous for centuries.
Parts of the building date back to the year 1212, although it wasn’t until 1583 that the government gave it to the Capuchin monks.
They stayed for nearly three centuries, until 1826. It was then that the monastery first became a hotel. Indeed, during the 19th century it was an essential stop for wealthy travellers doing their Grand Tour of Europe.
It scores just as highly when it comes to location.
It’s perched on top of an 80-meter cliff, with spectacular views of the Amalfi coast. But it’s also only 5 minutes’ walk from Amalfi’s harbor and town center.

  • Converted 13th-century monastery with the original cloister and church
  • Cliff-top location with sea views
  • 5-minute walk to Amalfi

Almost all of their 53 rooms look directly out to the sea.
They’re decorated with bright, neutral tones and chic minimalist furniture. They’ve all got air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

  • Elegant, contemporary rooms
  • Sea views
  • Free Wi-Fi

The hotel has 2 first-class restaurants: the main restaurant serves an Italian and Mediterranean inspired menu made up of gourmet dishes created with fresh local produce.
It’s stylish indoor setting is complemented with an outdoor terrace offering breathtaking views of the coast.
The La Locanda restaurant is the perfect choice for an informal lunch in an al fresco setting.
They also have an outdoor pool, a free gym and a spa.
A regular bus runs between the hotel and Amalfi town center.

  • Heated infinity outdoor pool, gym and spa
  • Ideal wedding location
  • Awarded the ISO 14001 environmental certificate, thanks to its environmental commitment

For weddings, the hotel has its own 13th-century cloister and a Catholic consecrated church.
They can organize wedding receptions and banquets for up to 70 guests.

Experience something special when dining in one of their charming restaurants.
The main restaurant features stylish décor and boasts both indoor and outdoor spaces.
The menu offers gourmet dishes of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
In warmer weather, enjoy dinner on the Amalfi Coast’s most unique space, a panoramic terrace overlooking the coast.
The La Locanda restaurant is ideal for informal lunches or a quick meal.

In Dei Capuccini sample a unique selection of Mediterranean and Italian dishes, created by Chef Natale Giunta using fresh local produce.

The Dei Cappuccini Restaurant is the main restaurant of the hotel.
It boasts two elegant locations, an indoor area and the amazing, outdoor terrace,
both featuring breathtaking views over Amalfi and the famous Costiera Amalfitana.

Under the creative direction of renowned Chef Natale Giunta, the restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience with traditional Mediterranean dishes reinterpreted with originality and a contemporary touch.

Every creation must represent an unforgettable experience”.
This is the chef’s philosophy and is reflected in each recipes.
All Natale Giunta’s creations use fresh and local ingredients, mostly sourced directly from Amalfi’s markets
and sometimes even from the Orto del Convento, the hotel’s private garden.

Nun Assisi Relais & Spa Museum

Nun Assisi Relais & Spa Museum

Relais Nun Assisi, has the spa of all spa’s!
This is the most impressive spa I’ve ever seen as it’s full of history and even still has original walls!
The staff was extremely helpful and professional, my suite was an amazing loft, all with modern touches and full of luxury and the food that they serve in their restaurant is delicious, all locally sources vegetables and the meat is also from the best quality.
I highly reccoment Relais Nun Assisi for a romantic get-away, a relaxing weekend in the spa and a dinner with an incapable view!
You literally have it all at Nun Assisi!

Surrounded by the magnificent Umbrian mountains, Relais Nun sits in the heart of Assisi, the hometown of Saint Francis and a city imbued with beauty and spirituality.
Each and every one of Relais Nun’s 18 prestigious suites is unique and a perfect blending of design, technological comfort and history.
The Relais is, in fact, the result of the meticulous restoration of the ancient Monastery of Saint Catherine.
The ambitious project was carefully designed to maintain the harmony of the arcane beauty of its Roman Era remains whilst blending in the lightness of contemporary architecture.

Relais guests can then let themselves be seduced by the delicious traditional Umbrian dishes prepared by the Ristorante Nun’s talented chef or spend the day being pampered in the Nun Spa Museum.
The Spa is a truly enchanted ambience in which guests can enjoy customised wellness treatments or simply bask in the relaxation of the hydro-massage zone of the swimming pool whilst admiring the six majestic 1st century AC limestone pillars, held together by an incredible synergy of power and equilibrium that encircle it.

Relais Nun is ideal for any type of stay and, in fact, it houses an ideal space to host events, the ancient Sala Santa Caterina.

Nun Relais
The Relais Nun is located in the spiritual heart of Assisi, in the highest part of the historical centre with magnificent views of the both the Rocca Maggiore and Minore on the soft contours of Mount Subasio.
It is an exclusive 5 star Relais that came about from the careful restoration of the ancient monastery of Saint Catherine, which was originally constructed in 1275 for a community of Benedictine nuns.
Its 18 suites are situated a short distance from the center of Saint Francis’ city in a quiet natural setting.
Our love for history has ensured that this ancient place has preserved the details of the mediaeval monastery, designed along the lines of Benedictine rules calling for a “human city” for individuals.
Each ample room is unique, with niches, frescoes, cross-vaulted ceilings and yet with all the modern comforts of technology which pleasantly surround the body and the mind with simple elegant formality in complete harmony with the spiritual nature of the ancient stones.
The clean light hues and the diaphanous consistency of the furniture are an uninterrupted dialogue between the complicity of the past and the lightness of modern design.

Nun is a refuge for the body and the mind.
Nun is timeless tranquility, a place in which to rediscover one’s inner harmony.

Nun Bar’s indoor dining rooms have ancient cross-vaulted ceilings and are a harmonious blending of history and modern design.
Nun Bar has also a large open-air dining area located in the beautiful simplicity of the cloister of the Saint Catherine church, with splendid views over the Rocca Minore.

The atmosphere here is unique and reflects the allure of one of the world’s most beautiful cities while offering a cuisine rich in flavour, colour and aroma.

Nun Spa Museum
Nestled in an intimate and evocative setting, the Nun spa seems like a true and proper private museum offering guests the full impact of its arcane beauty.
When the Saint Catherine Convent, where the Relais now stands, was being renovated, many archaeological features were discovered in the lower levels of the site and these have been very knowledgeably used in the design of the wellness centre to create a truly unique ambience: six limestone pillars are reflected in the water of Nun’s thermal baths, making it an even more magical and powerfully evocative place.
The pillars, each one constructed out of twelve ashlar-work blocks held together by the synergy of force and balance, reveal a Roman amphitheatre that once sat at the feet of Mount Subasio.

From the swimming pool you can also admire the important, smoothed, ancient, pink limestone steps at the top of which a rectangular podium once rose, the work of ancient Roman craftsmen in 1st century AC, and the entrance to a temple dedicated to the water.

Connected to the structure are two moulded limestone vats so flat that they barely contain a veil of water, further evidence of the archaic sacredness of this place.
Inside the Nun thermal spa there are also two perfectly preserved Roman cisterns with vaulted ceilings where the massage room and the hammam (Turkish bath) are now located.

There is most certainly a connection between these magical places and the adjacent Perlasio fountain, a mythical spring of miraculous healing water and a popular place of pilgrimage in times long past.
Nun worked hard to return these places to the water and its cult, to an intimate dialogue with everything to which it is now connected.

Eat Out Osteria Gourmet
Umbria’s roots lie deep in its ancient farming culture.
Umbria is a land famous for strong aromas, for the simplicity of its cuisine and the genuine goodness of its flavours.
The exquisite dishes created by our Chef speak of this part of Umbria’s history, using colour and aroma to interpret the multi-faceted aspects this area has to offer.
He uses only vegetable oils to prepare his dishes, steaming or preparing them at low temperatures, and takes great care to seek out the very highest quality Umbrian extra-virgin olive oils.

His choice of vegetables is selected from among small local growers and according to season to ensure extraordinary freshness.
The meat he procures comes from the finest farms in the area.
The Chef, and his staff, bake their own bread, roll their own pasta, and make all of the desserts and ice cream every day from scratch.
